Room noise from outside can be a hassle, especially if you need the window open due to heat. Would've preferred a cereal option for lighter breakfasts instead of committing to a full cooked meal every day. A few steep stairs may be challenging for some.

Charming decoration, Spotless cleanliness, Quick access to public transport
The shower size felt more like a closet than a convenience!!! The strict visitor policy felt overly limiting, making it inconvenient who might want to have friends over.

Fabulous stay with a view!
Really enjoyed our 2 nights here! Julie and Melina were super friendly. The bed was so comfy I didn't wanna get up! Breakfast was yum, and we couldn't finish it all. The only thing was the bathroom was a bit snug, but it didn’t spoil our stay at all. Great spot for the sea and all the fun in Brighton.

The single room was super clean, warm, and comfy. Loved the decor with pictures of Brighton around, felt cozy. The bed was large, which was a plus for a solo traveler like me. The room was also really quiet, so I slept well. There was a kettle for tea, which was nice. A little tight on space in the bathroom, but it worked for me. a great setup for a short stay!

Exceptional hosts and a memorable breakfast
My stay was absolutely delightful, thanks to the warm welcome from Melina and Julie, who went above and beyond to make my experience special. The freshly cooked breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious options including a hearty full English that set me up for a day of exploring. The room was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, making it a cozy retreat after a long day. The only improvement could be the water pressure in the shower, but it didn’t detract significantly from my enjoyment.
